described by a Boeing Manager as a job "Riding riding the Titanic." Turned
situation around by re-designing and re-implementing system.

sub-systems and add- ons.
· Awarded first Boeing Achievement Award for
success on this the National Missile Defense (NMD) Program of re-designing
and implementing new program management system in 3 months.
