Aviant, Inc / Boeing, Inc Co. Contractor – Anaheim, Ca. 9/1998-6/2004

Technical PM/Supervisor of Development Team for Web Application in National Missile Defense Program.

· Was Originally brought in to save an application described by a Boeing Manager as a job "Riding riding the Titanic." Turned situation around by re-designing and re-implementing system.

· Architect of system re-design and many subsequent sub-systems and add- ons.

· Awarded first Boeing Achievement Award for success on this the National Missile Defense (NMD) Program of re-designing and implementing new program management system in 3 months.

· Awarded second Boeing Achievement Award for success on NMD Program in designing and implementing new subsystems for Program Status, Risk, and other functions.

· Interviewed and Chose selected new team members; and supervised and allocated work tasks.

· Defined software development lifecycle and SEI Level 2/3 standards.

· Defined and Implemented Quality Assurance and Testing processes.

· Defined Detailed requirements documents for complex subsystems.

· Formed ECS Associates, Inc. in 1988 and managed own business with employees, and own office.

· Met payroll and negotiated contracts with suppliers and customers. Performed Also did bookkeeping and all jobs administrative tasks associated with running a Chapter S and later Chapter C business.

· Performed software consulting for numerous clients developing many applications in the Lotus Notes/Domino arena,

· These applications were both Web and Notes Client based.

· Developed and sold own Lotus Notes based Sales Force Automation product to numerous clients. Product was also approved as Lotus/IBM Third Party solution.

· Acted as reseller to sellfor CASE tools to many clients, including value added services such as training, support, and implementation.

· Architected, developed, and sold SQL schema generator to allow software developers to build RDBMS schemas faster and easier.

· Organized and participated in many trade show marketing and booth activities to market own ESC services.

Hewlett Packard, Inc. 1982-1988

· Sales Representative selling technical workstations and minicomputers to customers.

· Covered First territory in Eastern Tenn, West N.C. and doubled business in two years.

· Also covered another sales territory selling to Nasa NASA JSC in Houston, TX; x. And sold many systems including large multi- year contract to Nasa NASA Contractor CSC.

· Completed one year training program called "Technical Marketing Program" in various assignments. called "Technical Marketing Program"

· Sales Assignment to OEM accounts in Mid West for 2 1/2 years.
