brought it to fix systems and projects that were considered hopeless
and I performed minor miracles to turn them around. Have done this

Northrop-Grumman-Hawthorne, Ca. 10/04-12/10 Successful Project Manager for multiple projects supervising 20-25 persons. Worked both software integration, development, and infrastructure projects. Conformed to CMMI level 3 processes. Applied sound project management techniques and use of MS Project for schedules. Developed project plans, budgets, and supervised teams to implement project plans. Aviant, Inc/Boeing, Inc Co. Contractor--Anaheim, Ca. 9/1998-6/2004 Technical PM/Supervisor of Development Team for Web Application in National Missile Defense Program. * Was Originally brought in to save an application described by a Boeing Manager as a job "Riding riding the Titanic."
