This application is designed to track customers, and candidates for filling hiring requisitions.

HR for Search Firms allows users a friendly and easy way to keep a database of customers, and one of candidates, with the ability to generate Job Orders, or Candidate Referrals from those databases.

A keyword database is also used to keep lists of skills, common address information, and other useful standard keywords.
The Capabilities of HR for Search Firms Includes:

3) The ability to cross reference between the two databases, such as when skill sets need to be matched between job order, and available candidates.

How Application is Used:
1) Customers are entered into the customer database.
2) Candidate profile sheets are entered into the Candidate database.
3) A search is done of candidates using the Notes search mechanism, to find candidates with a close match to skills needed.
4) A record of referral is filled out for each candidate, which imports information from the customer to map skills desired to those the candidate posesses.
5) The completed Record of Refferal form can be mailed or faxed to the customer.

1) 486PC with Windows 3.3, 8MB RAM, and 30MB free disk space (for Notes and HR)
2) Lotus Notes Windows 3.3 or later Client
